Rules and Conditions
These rules summarize the current account, payment, plan, and demo-feature conditions.
Account and access
- Register with a valid email and complete email activation. Pending accounts cannot sign in or use member features.
- Keep your password and recovery phrase secure. Wallets are custodial; wallet keys are stored encrypted by this service.
Plans and USDT payments
- Pay only an open plan’s assigned Ethereum USDT (ERC-20) address. ETH is separately required for Ethereum network gas.
- Minimum and maximum amounts vary by plan: Marina Reserve: 10.00–500,000.00 USDT · Creekside Vault: 499.00–500,000.00 USDT · Downtown Reserve: 1,999.00–500,000.00 USDT. Review the current plan card before paying.
- Transfers are irreversible. The server records only a successful confirmed transfer whose sender matches your saved wallet and whose recipient matches the selected plan. A transaction cannot be reused.
Daily-rate estimate
- The rate shown on each card is an administrator-configured illustration: Marina Reserve · 1.90% · Creekside Vault · 2.90% · Downtown Reserve · 4.90%.
- The popup example is amount × rate ÷ 100. It is not a guarantee, earned balance, debt, or payment; no automatic credit is made.
Ownership and payouts
- Plan activation records a confirmed USDT transfer only. It does not transfer gold ownership or custody, or promise a return or payout.
- An estimated rate does not create a payout obligation. A payout appears in member history only after an actual on-chain transfer is verified.
Spin rules
- Spin is currently enabled. Each member may use up to 10 attempts; 1 of 100 sectors are configured as winning sectors.
- At least one open plan participation is currently required. The server selects and saves each result; the animation only presents it. No real prize or gold is delivered.
Deal rules
- The wall contains 40 demo bricks. Claiming requires an active account and at least one open plan participation.
- Each account may claim one available brick every 24 hours. A claimed brick remains unavailable unless an admin resets the wall; reserved bricks are unavailable to other members.
- A claim is a demo record only; no physical gold, brick, cash, or other item is delivered.
Points and referrals
- When a referred member activates a plan with confirmed USDT, eligible ancestors receive one scratch card based on their level (L1: 10.00%, L2: 7.00%, L3: 5.00%, L4: 3.00%, L5: 2.00% of the plan amount). Scratching credits a non-withdrawable Demo USDT balance; account activation itself does not award points.
- Points and Demo USDT are in-app demo balances; they are not cash, gold, or a payout.
